No. Solitaire Elite works fully offline. You can play on a plane, subway, or anywhere without Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Go to your device's Settings → General → iPhone Storage, find Solitaire Elite, and tap "Offload App" or delete and reinstall it. This will clear all locally stored data.
Game data is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to the cloud. Deleting or reinstalling the app will reset all progress. iCloud backup may preserve some data depending on your device settings.
