Terminal Velocity was built with privacy as a first principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you. Ever. This policy explains what that means in practice.
None. Terminal Velocity does not collect any personal data, usage data, or device identifiers. The app operates entirely on-device and does not communicate with any external servers.
We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). We have no visibility into how you use the app.
Terminal Velocity contains no advertisements and is not connected to any advertising networks or data brokers.
You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or share any information to use Terminal Velocity.
The app stores game progress, scores, and preferences locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in your device's Settings.
Terminal Velocity does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect data. The only third-party platform involved is Apple's App Store, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Because Terminal Velocity collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13 (COPPA) and children under 16 (GDPR).
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Any changes will be reflected in the app's App Store listing.
