Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Our commitment to your privacy

Turbo Challenge was built with privacy as a first principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you. Ever. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Information we collect

None. Turbo Challenge does not collect any personal data, usage data, or device identifiers, and it does not send anything about you or your play to us or to anyone else.

No analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). We have no visibility into how you use the app.

No advertising

Turbo Challenge contains no advertisements and is not connected to any advertising networks or data brokers.

No account required

You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or share any information to play Turbo Challenge.

Data stored on your device

To remember where you are, the app keeps a few things on your iPhone using Apple's standard storage: your career progress, your race results, best times and statistics, your settings, and whether the full game has been unlocked. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Like any app's data, it can be included in backups of your iPhone that you make through iCloud or a computer, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. You can erase your statistics at any time from the Statistics screen, and deleting the app removes everything it stored.

In-app purchase

The first season of Turbo Challenge is free, and a single optional in-app purchase unlocks the rest of the game. That purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name. The app only asks the App Store, on your device, whether the full game has been purchased, so it can unlock it for you.

Game controllers and haptics

If you connect a game controller, its input is used only to drive your car while you play. Nothing you press is recorded or sent anywhere. Haptic feedback runs entirely on your iPhone.

Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's Settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports that help us fix problems. This is Apple's optional feature, controlled entirely by you under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements, and these reports do not identify you.

Third-party services

Turbo Challenge does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect data. The only third-party platform involved is Apple's App Store, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Because Turbo Challenge collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children, including children under 13 (COPPA) and children under 16 (GDPR).

Changes to this policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Any changes will be reflected in the app's App Store listing.
