Frequently asked questions

Is Turbo Challenge free?

The whole first season is free: eight full races, both game modes and every camera view. A single in-app purchase unlocks everything beyond it, with every track past the first season and every car in the garage. It is one payment, with no ads, no subscription and nothing else to buy. The App Store shows the price in your own currency.

I bought the full game. How do I get it on a new iPhone?

Usually it unlocks by itself when you sign in with the same Apple Account. If it doesn't, open Options, tap Purchase, then Restore Purchase. You will never be charged twice.

Can I share the full game with my family?

The unlock is not shared through Family Sharing, so each Apple Account unlocks the game separately. Children using Ask to Buy can send a request, and the game unlocks by itself as soon as it is approved.

What is the difference between Arcade and Cruise?

Arcade gives you three lives, with health packs on the road to win one back, and your run ends when the last one is gone. Cruise is endless driving with nothing to lose. You choose when you start, and New Game lets you change your mind later.

How do I change the camera?

Tap Camera during a race to cycle through five views: chase, far chase, bumper, hood, and road.

How do I turn on the rear-view mirror?

Open Options and set Rear View to On. The mirror draws the road behind you a second time on every frame, so it is off by default, and on older iPhones the game runs a little smoother without it.

Can I play with a game controller?

Yes. Pair a controller that works with your iPhone, such as an Xbox or PlayStation controller, and drive with it right away. If you'd like the touch controls out of the way, set Controls to Off in Options. You can also move the touch controls to the top or bottom of the screen there.

I changed the difficulty, but the road looks the same. Why?

The difficulty shapes the road itself, so a change takes effect from the next track rather than in the middle of a race. The Options screen shows when a change is waiting.

What does New Game do to my records?

New Game starts your career over from the first season but keeps your best times and statistics. To clear those too, use Erase All Stats on the Statistics screen.

My progress was lost after reinstalling. Why?

Your career and statistics are stored only on your iPhone, so deleting the app removes them. An iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone may preserve them. Your purchase is never lost: it can always be restored from the App Store.

What do I need to play?

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. The game is played in landscape.
